Is Keti Apparel legit?

Yes. Keti Apparel is an independent streetwear brand, and we've been around for years.

We are not affiliated with any other brands or to be confused with any similar sounding brands.

How should I choose my size?

In general, we recommend choosing your normal size: don't try to size up or down to compensate for oversized or boxy fits. Oversized, boxy etc are mostly in how the item is sewn - for example, the shoulder seam is lower down for oversized fits (drop-shoulder) and the hoodie waistband is higher up on a boxy fit (cropped).

We strongly recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering. Sizing can vary slightly between items, so the product-specific size guide is always the most accurate reference. If you’re between sizes, consider how you prefer your fit (more fitted vs relaxed).

When will I receive my order?

We don’t run long pre-orders where you’re waiting months.

As a small brand, we produce items in controlled batches and fulfill orders shortly after they’re placed. This allows us to maintain quality without overproducing.

  • Processing time includes production + handling
  • Most orders are delivered within ~2 weeks

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Do you really ship worldwide?

We ship to many countries worldwide.

If your country appears in the checkout country selector, we ship to you.

If you’re unable to complete checkout, we likely don’t currently ship to your location.If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll confirm.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

No. In most cases, no additional customs or duties are charged.

What is your refund and return policy?

All items are considered final sale once shipped.

However, if there’s an issue with your order such as:

  • A delivery problem
  • A damaged or incorrect item

We’ll work with you to make it right.

If your order is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local delivery office
  • Verifying your shipping address

Once a carrier marks an order as delivered, it’s considered fulfilled on their end. That said, if something seems off, reach out and we’ll do our best to help where we can.

You have reviews of products you don't sell... suspicious

There are a couple reasons for this:

  • Some pieces are limited runs and may no longer be available
  • Certain items may be exclusive to specific platforms
  • We occasionally rotate designs in and out of the store

Are your TikTok shop products the same as your website?

Not always.

Our TikTok Shop is currently US-only and operates with different shipping constraints, so we sometimes work with different partners there.

Because of that:

  • Some products overlap between TikTok and our website
  • Some products are exclusive to one platform

The product description on each listing is always the best source of truth for what you’re getting.
